Responsibilities

1.วิเคราะห์วางแผนการผลิต นำระบบ GHP,HACCP มาใช้ในกระบวนการทำงาน

2.กำหนดเป้าหมายการผลิต พัฒนาProductivity (คุณภาพ,ต้นทุน,การส่งมอบ)

3.วางแผนการใช้ทรัพยากรผลิต เครื่องจักร การจัดกำลังคนเข้าทำงานให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการทำงานและกำลังการผลิต

4.ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหา ในกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงกำหนดมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์

5.ควบคุมของเสีย พัฒนาของเหลือจากการผลิต เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่

6.ดูแลงานวางแผน ผลิต พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้า คลังสินค้าขนส่ง

7.มีประสบการณ์การขอ อย.,มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร

8.รู้ข้อกำหนดด้านกฏหมายโรงงานอาหาร อายุผลิตภัณฑ์ และวิธีการจัดเก็บ

Qualifications

1.อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป

2.ปริญญาตรี เทคโนโลยีอาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.มีประสบการณ์ผลิต สายงานโรงงานอาหาร อาหารแช่เข็ง

4.เคยใช้โปรแกรมSAP และสามารถนำข้อมูลSAP มาวิเคราะห์การทำงานผ่านโปรแกรมExcel

5.สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Excel ในการจัดทำข้อมูลเชิงวิเคราะห์

6.มีประสบการณ์ด้านร้านอาหารหรือทำอาหารได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

7.มีไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
