Responsibilities
-Assist with training administration, including participant registration, training materials, attendance records, and training facilities.
-Coordinate with internal employees, trainers, and external training providers.
-Support the preparation of training communications, invitations, and related documents.
-Assist in collecting and summarizing training evaluation and feedback.
-Maintain and update training records, databases, and HRD documentation.
-Support employee development, engagement, and other HRD-related activities and projects.
-Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials.
-Provide on-site support during training sessions and company activities.
-Perform other HRD-related assignments as required.
Qualifications
-4 months for the internship period. *Preferred period: Jun.-Sep. 2027*
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
-Interested in Human Resources Development, Learning & Development, and employee development.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
-Able to use Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
-Able to utilize AI, Canva, VDO adjusting.
-Basic to good command of English.
-Willing to learn, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
