Responsibilities
- บริหาร ควบคุม และติดตามการดำเนินงานภายในครัวให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ การบริการ และเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- ควบคุมกระบวนการเตรียมอาหาร การผลิต และการส่งมอบอาหารให้มีคุณภาพ รสชาติ และความถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- บริหารต้นทุนอาหาร (Food Cost) และควบคุมการสั่งซื้อ รับเข้า จัดเก็บ และเบิกจ่ายวัตถุดิบ รวมถึงตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยอาหาร (Food Hygiene) และความปลอดภัยอาหาร (Food Safety) รวมถึงข้อกำหนด GMP และ HACCP
- ร่วมพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเมนู กระบวนการทำงาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสูญเสียวัตถุดิบ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนในการดำเนินงาน
- จัดทำรายงานด้านการผลิต ต้นทุนอาหาร การใช้วัตถุดิบ สินค้าคงคลัง และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทย
- การศึกษาขั้นต่ำ มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านอาหาร
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านครัวร้อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- บุคลิกภาพ เเละสื่อสารได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (07.00 - 20.00)
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน
