Responsibilities
หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ
- การจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ และ วัตถุดิบที่จะต้องใช้ในการชงกาแฟ / เครื่องดื่ม
- คิดค้นเมนู / เครื่องดื่ม ใหม่ๆตาม Concept ของร้าน และสร้างเป็นมาตรฐาน
- หมั่นตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเมล็ดกาแฟ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้มีความพร้อมอยู่ตลอดเวลา
- ดูแลทำความสะอาดเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้บริเวณบาร์อยู่เสมอ เพื่อสุขอนามัยที่ดีของลูกค้า และภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของร้าน และ แบรนดฺ์
- สามารถนำเสนอเครื่องดื่มที่เหมาะสมและสนองต่อความต้องการและรสนิยมของลูกค้าได้
- ดูแลบริหารจัดการวัตถุดิบ ตรวจสอบปริมาณวัตถุดิบภายในร้านให้เพียงพอ และไม่นำสินค้าเสื่อมคุณภาพมาให้บริการ
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6
- บุคลิกภาพ เเละสื่อสารได้ดี
- สัญชาติไทย
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการชงเครื่องดื่ม กาแฟ หรือบาร์น้ำ หรือสามารถคิดค้นเมนูใหม่ในร้านจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (07.00 - 20.00)
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน
