Responsibilities
หน้าที่เเละความรับผิดชอบ
พื้นที่เปิดรับ (ภาคเหนือ, ภาคอีสาน, ภาคใต้)
- ดำเนินการทำแปลงสาธิตและแปลงทดลองตาม Protocol พร้อมเก็บข้อมูลในพื้นที่
- ทดสอบสินค้าในแต่ละพื้นที่ (VLC) และติดตามผลการทดลอง
- ร่วมวางแผนและดำเนินการทดลองร่วมกับทีม Breeder ตาม Crop ต่าง ๆ
- คัดเลือกและดูแลเกษตรกรสำหรับแปลงสาธิต
- ให้คำแนะนำและส่งเสริมความรู้ทางการเกษตรแก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่
- จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น Field Day และ Farmer Meeting
- เก็บข้อมูลตลาด ความต้องการ และ Feedback จากเกษตรกร
- สนับสนุนการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ สาขาบริหาร หรือส่งเสริมการเกษตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม GPA 2.50 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ในด้านงานขาย หรือบริหารงานขายในอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
- สามารถขับรถยนต์เกียร์ธรรมดาได้ พร้อมทั้งมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการเจาจาเป็นอย่างดี
