• ดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการผลิตประจำวันให้เป็นไปตามแผนและมาตรฐาน
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตเพื่อระบุปัญหาและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงเบื้องต้น
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการผลิตและปัญหาที่พบประจำวัน
• ร่วมปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดของเสีย

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมการผลิต 0-5 ปี (ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่)
• ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตและการควบคุมคุณภาพ
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
• ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
