Responsibilities
- Manage and provide consultation to customers regarding international sea freight shipments.
- Coordinate with internal and external organizations to facilitate international sea freight operations.
- Oversee operations and documentation, assisting the department in troubleshooting and developing preventive measures for potential sea freight issues.
- Perform duties efficiently and maintain orderliness in accordance with the company’s service standards.
- Liaise within and outside the department/division at a policy level to improve and develop the Customer Service workflow for more effective delivery to other departments.
- Responsible for supporting and promoting compliance with document and data control systems, ensuring alignment with company policies, goals, and objectives.
- Record issues and handle customer complaints related to quality and service within the process, following the standard systems implemented by the company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Age not less than 22 years
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, International Business Administration, General Management, Marketing, or related business administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of logistics management for chemicals will be given special consideration.
- Those with experience working in logistics will be given special consideration.
