Business Development Manager - Triple i Logistics Public Co., Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including greenfield investment projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and joint ventures (JV/SMEs). ประเมินโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ทั้งในรูปแบบโครงการลงทุนใหม่ (Greenfield), การควบรวมกิจการ (M&A) และการร่วมทุน (JV/SMEs)

• Prepare business cases and financial models to assess project feasibility and returns (IRR, NPV, Payback Period), including risk evaluation and mitigation plans. จัดทำ Business Case และแบบจำลองทางการเงิน (Financial Modeling) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนโครงการ (IRR, NPV, Payback) พร้อมประเมินความเสี่ยงและแนวทางบริหารจัดการ

• Present investment proposals to management for budget approval and support decision-making processes. นำเสนอทีมบริหารเพื่อขออนุมัติงบประมาณและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจลงทุน 

• Analyze financial statements and prepare executive summaries for management reporting. วิเคราะห์งบการเงินและจัดทำข้อมูลสรุปเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร

• Coordinate and support due diligence processes (financial, legal, and operational) to identify potential risks prior to investment decisions. ประสานงานและร่วมดำเนินการตรวจสอบสถานะทางธุรกิจ (Due Diligence) ทั้งในด้านการเงิน กฎหมาย และการดำเนินงาน เพื่อค้นหาจุดเสี่ยงก่อนการลงทุน

• Support management in deal structuring and participate in preliminary negotiations with partners, shareholders, or counterparties. สนับสนุนผู้บริหารในการออกแบบโครงสร้างดีล (Deal Structure) และร่วมในการเจรจาเงื่อนไขเบื้องต้นกับคู่สัญญาหรือหุ้นส่วน

• Monitor the performance of newly invested projects during the initial implementation stage to ensure alignment with the approved business case and strategic objectives. ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการในช่วงแรกหลังเริ่มลงทุน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ใน Business Case

Qualifications

• Gender: Open to all genders.
• Age: 28 years old and above.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Experience in M&A or Joint Venture (JV) projects will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with good personality and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) will be an advantage.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling (NPV, IRR, Payback Period) and risk analysis.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
