Responsibilities

Job Description:


- Design, install, configure, maintain, and operate network and security solutions according to customer requirements.
- Handle project implementation activities, including technical planning, deployment, configuration, testing, troubleshooting,   documentation, and handover.
- Support customers during implementation, SIT/UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot customer systems, analyze technical issues, identify root causes.
- Ensure that the project can be delivered to customer requirements, agreed scope of work, timeline, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for customer administrators and operation teams.
- Work closely with Presales and Sales teams to support Proof of Concept (POC), product demonstrations, technical validation, and customer technical discussions.
- Coordinate with vendors,  customer teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Perform any other technical or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree in IT Networking or equivalent
3 - 8 years of work experience in a SI or distributor environment with network and security skillset
Good IT knowledge in OSI 7 Layer, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN DNS DHCP technologies
Ability to work under pressure and positive working attitude and a good team player
Willing to work after office hours and weekend when needed
Able to self-Learning, training products to achieve certifications
Experience with network and security solution such as Firewall, Router, Switch, Load balancer will be an added advantage
