Responsibilities
- ดูแลและติดตามการดำเนินงานของกระบวนการผลิตประจำวัน
- เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและบันทึกผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- ช่วยวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิตและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานเบื้องต้นกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงและควบคุมคุณภาพ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (อุตสาหการ, เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการพื้นฐานของกระบวนการผลิต
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง
- หากมีความรู้ด้าน Lean Manufacturing หรือ Six Sigma จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
