Compensation Officer - Rohm Integrated Systems (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Plan and prioritize payroll and compensation activities to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and completely in accordance with payroll schedules.
• Handle personal income tax filings (PND.1, PND.1 Kor, and withholding tax certificates) in compliance with Revenue Department regulations.
• Prepare manpower and overtime reports for submission to relevant stakeholders.
• Review compensation payments to ensure alignment with the salary structure and company guidelines.
• Process salary adjustments in accordance with approved policies and criteria.
• Compile compensation survey data and provide it to relevant departments for further analysis.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding payroll, tax, and related matters to ensure smooth operations.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, including system enhancements and organizational development programs, to achieve planned objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Payroll.
• Good command of English communication.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, and VBA.
• Knowledge of salary structures, salary adjustments, compensation calculations, and employee benefits.
• Knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and personal income tax requirements.
• Knowledge of HR data management.
• Basic knowledge of digital technologies and AI tools applicable to HR operations.
• Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving goals and delivering high-quality outcomes.
