Product Marketing & Product Ownership

• ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจ Product, Technology และข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคของสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบ (กลุ่มสินค้ากล้องถ่ายภาพ, กล้องภาพยนตร์, อุปกรณ์โปรดักชันและถ่ายทอดสด ฯลฯ) พร้อมสามารถนำเสนอและถ่ายทอดข้อมูลให้ทีมขายและลูกค้าเข้าใจได้
• วิเคราะห์ Product, Target Customer, Customer Pain Point และ Competitor เพื่อกำหนด Positioning, Value Proposition และMarketing Message ที่เหมาะสม
• จัดทำ Product Comparison / Product Landscape และติดตาม Product & Technology Trends ในตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• พัฒนา Product Knowledge ให้เป็น Marketing Materials เช่น Presentation, Brochure, Video และ Content

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• วางแผนและดำเนิน Marketing Plan สำหรับ Product/Area ที่รับผิดชอบ ทั้งรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี
• สามารถริเริ่ม Marketing Ideas, Content และ Activities ใหม่ ๆ โดยวิเคราะห์จาก Market, Customer และ Business Opportunity
• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลของ Marketing Activities เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงแผนงาน

Sales & Customer Support

• ทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายบอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อเข้าใจ Customer Requirement, Market Situation และ Competitors
• เข้าร่วม Customer Meeting และสามารถสนับสนุนการนำเสนอ Product รวมถึงสอบถาม Requirement / Pain Point ของลูกค้าในระดับเบื้องต้น
• จัดทำ Product Training และ Sales Materials เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของ Sales
• ประสานงานกับ Graphic / Creative Team เพื่อพัฒนา Marketing Materials ให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์

Content & Marketing Activities

• วางแผนและพัฒนา Content สำหรับ Website, Social Media, Presentation, Video และสื่อการตลาดรูปแบบต่าง ๆ
• แปลงข้อมูล Product และ Technical Information ให้เป็นเนื้อหาที่เข้าใจง่ายและเหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
• วางแผนและดำเนิน Marketing Events / Seminar / Exhibition รวมถึงเก็บและส่งต่อ Lead ให้ Sales พร้อมติดตามผล
• ติดตาม Performance ของ Content และ Marketing Activities เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนางานในอนาคต

Others

• สามารถใช้ AI และ Digital Tools เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการ Research, Analysis และ Content Creation โดยใช้ความเข้าใจและการวิเคราะห์ของตนเองในการตรวจสอบและปรับผลลัพธ์
• รับผิดชอบงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or related fields will be an advantage
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and other relevant software
• Basic video editing skills and the ability to create short-form video (E.g. Reels, Shorts, TikTok & others) content will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of photography and camera operation will be an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and have a strong Can-do attitude
• Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned products, and initiate new ideas
• Willingness to learn and understand products, technology, and customer needs
• Car/motorcycle ownership and willingness to travel for customer meetings and marketing activities
