Responsibilities

1.ตรวจสอบ ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และเร่งรัดการทำงานในส่วนของหน้างานเสาเข็มเป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนดและมีประสิทธิภาพ

2.แก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในขณะปฎิบัติงานเพื่อส่งมอบงานให้ได้ตามแผน

3.ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานในทุกหน่วยงานให้อยู่ในกฎหมายความปลอดภัยทั้งเครื่องจักรและบุคลากร

4.ตรวจสอบและติดตามการทำงานของโฟร์แมนและผู้รับเหมาให้ได้ตามมาตราฐานงานก่อสร้างตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง

5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามแผนและเวลาที่วางไว้

6.ตรวจสอบและรายงานความก้าวหน้าโครงการเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ

7.ดูและงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications

1.เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 28-40 ปี

2.วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา , ก่อสร้างหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.มีใบอนุญาตสภาวิศวกร ( กว.) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

4.หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านควบคุมหน้างานเสาเข็ม ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

5.มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง

6.ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ขยัน อดทน มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี

7.มีความคล่องตัว เมื่อจบโครงการสามารถย้ายไปปฏิบัติงานที่ไซต์งานใหม่ได้

8.สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto Cad และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี

9.มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี

10.มีความคล่องตัว เมื่อจบโครงการสามารถย้ายไปปฏิบัติงานที่ไซต์งานใหม่ได้

11.มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมีความอดทน

12.ขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
