Responsibilities
- นำเสนอและให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์วัสดุก่อสร้าง เสาเข็ม และคอนกรีตแก่ลูกค้า
- ติดต่อและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย เช่น ผู้รับเหมา โครงการก่อสร้างเอกชนและรัฐบาล
- ถอดแบบและตรวจสอบรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคของโครงการเพื่อเสนอโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและติดตามผลการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายจัดส่งภายในองค์กรเพื่อให้มั่นใจในการส่งมอบสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปกิจกรรมการขายและยอดขายประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายวัสดุก่อสร้าง เสาเข็ม หรือคอนกรีต อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการก่อสร้างและสามารถอ่านแบบก่อสร้างได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่ สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าในพื้นที่ได้
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- หากมีฐานลูกค้าในกลุ่มผู้รับเหมาหรือโครงการก่อสร้าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
