• วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด การเงิน หรือบริหารธุรกิจ
• มีใบอนุญาต IC Complex 1 หรือ 2 และมีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต และ ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจธนาคารหรือประกันภัย ในการดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• บุคลิกภาพดี มีทัศนคติที่เปิดรับการเรียนรู้และพร้อมพัฒนาตนเอง (Growth Mindset)
• มีทักษะที่ดีด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหา
