·       มีความรู้ทางด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินสำหรับ สินเชื่อบ้าน , สินเชื่อรีไฟแนนซ์บ้าน และ สินเชื่อบ้านแลกเงิน

·       มีทักษะในการขายและนำเสนอ การสื่อสาร การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

·       สามารถใช้ MS office เช่น Word, Excel, Outlook ได้คล่องแคล่ว

·       หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ (Tele) , งานขายสินเชื่อบ้าน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

·       สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่สำนักงานวงศ์สว่างได้
