1. การจัดทำแผนงานและแผนงบประมาณของหน่วยงาน

2. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการพัฒนาบริการใหม่ๆ การพัฒนาช่องทางการตลาดใหม่ การจัดทำโปรโมชั่น การติดต่อประสานงาน การให้ข้อมูล รวมถึงการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและผู้มาใช้บริการของสถาบัน

3. การให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ ตอบปัญหาและชี้แจงรายละเอียดการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้า

4. การจัดเก็บข้อมูล ทำสถิติ จัดทำฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าให้เป็นปัจจุบัน 

5. การวิจัยตลาดในเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ ร่วมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

6. การจัดทำรายงาน ประจำเดือน และรายงานประจำปี

7. การประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมถึงสนันสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของส่วนงานอื่นๆ
