About the Job
We are looking for a Learning Management Specialist who can turn complex financial and accounting topics into simple, easy-to-understand content. Serve as PEAK’s Knowledge Communicator, driving SME education nationwide through high-impact written content, live sessions (Online & Onsite), and on-camera presentations.
What you’ll be doing
Your main responsibilities will be mainly divided into four parts:
- Product Education & Onboarding: แนะนำและอบรมการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีออนไลน์ PEAK ให้แก่ลูกค้าหลากหลายกลุ่ม เช่น ผู้ประกอบการ, นักบัญชี, สำนักงานบัญชี รวมถึงนิสิต/นักศึกษา
- Accounting & Tech Consultation: แนะนำและให้ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ บัญชี ภาษี และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำบัญชี
- Project & Course Management: วางแผน ปรับปรุง พัฒนาเนื้อหา และสรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการหรือหลักสูตรอบรมที่ได้รับผิดชอบ
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: บริหารจัดการทีมงาน และดูแลโครงการต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ประสานงานกับทีมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและบรรลุเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
Key Skills
Ability to translate accounting, tax, and tech concepts into simple, engaging content
Good storytelling and instructional skills in both written content and live sessions
Comfortable speaking on camera and facilitating training (both Online & Onsite)
Able to plan, structure, and manage training curricula, courses, and project timelines
Good communication skills when coordinating with internal teams and external learners
Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about modern learning trends and tech tools
Key Qualifications
1-2 Experience as an accountant.
Experience creating educational or business-related content is a plus
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to lead him/herself in building relationships with new leads and follow up existing ones.
Positive thinking and pro-active and growth mindset: Believing that people can be convinced and changed.
Strong Thai writing skills and logical thinking.
Able to use Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs proficiently.
