Performance Marketing Executive - PUUN Intelligent Co., Ltd.

What you’ll be doing as Performance Marketing Executive
You will be responsible to develop effective marketing and media strategy, and execute them successfully. Hence, your main responsibilities will be centering around:
A. Customer Acquisitions
B. Customer Retentions
C. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Maximization
D. Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)

With this matters, your core functions will be classified into three following parts:
Strategy & Planning Part

• Create marketing strategies to acquire new users, retain existing users, maximize CLV, and minimize CAC.

• Conduct market research and collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to develop effective marketing plans.

Campaign Execution & Optimization Part

• Turn planned strategies into effective marketing executions across relevant media channels.

• Allocate budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve conversion targets under acceptable CAC.

• Develop retargeting plans to acquire and retain users.

• Experience with Google Ads is a plus.

Performance Analysis, Tracking & Reporting Part

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across media channels.

• Ensure tracking and data accuracy.

• Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations.

• 3-5 years of working experience.

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related fields

• A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or marketing or branding is a plus. Having a background in advertising agency, fintech, business consulting is a plus

• Outstanding record of academic and professional achievement with functional knowledge in branding, marketing and communications

• Have work experience in ad optimisation (Google, Facebook is a must) at least 3 years

• Have Google Ad Certification (still valid until date of interview)

• Leadership in relevant fields (either academic or extracurricular settings)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheet and Google Slides
