In this entry-level Vessel Operations Staff role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating vessel operations both locally and internationally. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and submitting updated vessel schedules to agents and relevant parties, as well as notifying concerned parties of any delays. You will also coordinate with partners, terminals, and the SPO to finalize stowage plans before vessel berthing and handle arrival EDI files. This role involves monitoring vessel productivity and performance while in port, checking and confirming related costs, and accurately inputting data for various reports, along with other assigned tasks, to ensure smooth and efficient vessel operations.
