Responsibilities
1.To operate vessel's job function and coordinate with all sections both oversea and local office regarding Vessel Operation.
2.To submit the updated schedule to husbanding agent and monitor Import/Export RCN registration 10 days in advance.
3.To provide the updated pre-schedule in advance to notify for any delay to concern parties.
4.To coordinate with partners, terminal and SPO for completely stowage plan before vessel berth.5.To handle arrival EDI file of ONE vessel by extracting and submitting to concerned parties and recheck with SPO if any discrepancy.
6.To provide the vessel line up, updated terminal utilization and situation to RVO team as weekly for pre-information.
7.To monitor productivity and vessel's performance during vessel in port.
8.To check and confirm all relevant costs to concerned parties regarding Vessel Operation and special requirement.
9.To input the accurately data in the productivity and related reports.
10.To handle other assignment given by superior up.
Qualifications
- Age 22-25 years
- New graduate are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Have experience in Operation 1-2 years or logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Have experience with company logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy (Google tools)
- Good communication and team player skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in domestic transportation
- Strong data gathering and reporting skills
- Good planning and allocation abilities
- High accuracy and attention to detail
