Student Trainee (HR) - Ocean Network Express (Thailand) Ltd.

In this Student Trainee role within Human Resources, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting both Human Resources Development (HRD) and Human Resources Management (HRM) functions. You will assist with HRD initiatives by tracking and reporting data from learning platforms, conducting research and comparison of training program vendors, and analyzing training feedback to create insightful reports and presentations for various projects. On the HRM side, you will be involved in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and preparing essential onboarding and HR documents. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and coordination skills, a detail-oriented approach, basic Excel proficiency, and a responsible, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
