Responsibilities
- Frontline contact point for import/export customers
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls, mail and chat inquiries from customers.
- Provide product/services information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems.
- Excellent communication skills and strong service mind.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Male /Female Age 22-30 years
- New graduate are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Have experience in Customer Service 0-2 years or logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Have experience with company logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and team player skills
- Able to work under pressure.
