You will coordinate with the Sales team, overseas offices, and other relevant parties to manage bookings, space requirements, and special cargo arrangements. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining vessel schedules, product information, and related operational data and reports. You will support customer and shipment-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely information and documentation. Additionally, you will prepare and monitor reports and data to contribute to overall business performance and operational efficiency.
