Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to support sales growth.
Support sales activities, including customer inquiries, bidding, freight enquiries, and follow-up on customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, sales teams, and overseas offices to support business opportunities and provide quality service to customers.
Monitor and follow up on sales-related matters, including bookings, outstanding payments, long-stay containers, freight charges, and claims.
Support sales planning, customer volume forecasting, rate filing, reporting, and other activities to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
** Required own private car on duty **
- Age not over 30 years
- New graduate are welcomed.- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Have experience in Customer Service 0-2 years or logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Have experience with company logistics/Shipping field is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools)
- Good communication and team player skills
- Able to work under pressure.
