Electrical Primary Design Engineer - Sinohydro (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.(hubei Team)

1. Perform electrical drawing and Calculations for substation electrical equipment, etc.
2. Design the parameters & dimensions of active part of high voltage electrical equipment to meet the customer specifications like losses, impedances, Short Circuit forces, load capabilities etc.
3. Site coordinate, clear design issue with client and all suppliers.

1. Bachelor’s or higher in electrical engineering.

2. More than 3 years of experiences working in substation electrical primary designs.

3. Have a license(Electrical power) from professional associate (Professional license is advantageous).

4. Strong conceptual knowledge and working experience of calculations and designing of primary electrical equipment like CT, VT & Transformers, HV/MV/LV switchgear, etc.

5. Working knowledge and good proficiency of CAD/CAE applications as AutoCAD, office.

6. Familiar with the American & international standards (eg. IEEE, ANSI, IEC) related to substation components, and materials.

7. Experience working in testing and commissioning of grid connection and substation system would be advantageous.

8. Experience of substation or power plant design is advantageous.

9. Good command of English both spoken and written.

10. Good attitude to work and willing to learn new things. Able to work with team.
