Overseas Purchasing Manager - International Laboratories Corp., Ltd.

- Set procurement plan to conform company production plan.

- Set methods and procedures on procurement, supervise procurement made by subordinates.

- Coordinate with the users on specifications and standard of products /services.

- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and reasonable price.

- Participate in select and evaluate qualified suppliers.

- Source new materials and packaging to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and on-time NPD launches

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field

- Minimum 10 years experience in Purchasing with Manufacturing facility including out of country sourcing of packaging and raw materials.

- Strong analytical skill

- Initiative and hands on with positive attitude

- Good communication skill in English
