Responsibilities
1) รับผิดชอบ ควบคุมดูแล พนักงานขับรถผู้บริหาร และทีมงานขับรถจัดส่งของ จัดการงานระบบยานพาหนะของบริษัทให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น รถเช่า รถรับส่งพนักงาน การรับ-ส่งของ เป็นต้น
2) บริหารจัดการ เกี่ยวกับงาน อาคารสถานที่ พื้นที่จอดรถ การจราจร โดยปรับปรุงให้ประสิทธิภาพและมีความปลอดภัย
3) บริหารกำกับดูแลพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
4) รับผิดชอบในส่วน งาน Pest Control ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องตามนโยบายของบริษัท
5) บริหารกำกับดูแล ต้นทุนงานธุรการ และงานบริการ ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 7 ปี ในด้านสายงานธุรการ งานอาคารสถานที่ งานบริการสำนักงาน
- ทัศนคติดี คิดบวก ปรับตัวเข้ากับงานที่มีความเร่งด่วนและหลากหลายได้ กล้าคิดกล้าเสนอแนะ และทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ช่างสังเกต มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
