Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Roles & Responsibilities)
1. ดูแลการขายหน้าร้าน/นอกสถานที่ ตอบคำถามลูกค้า ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า รับและยืนยันออเดอร์ ติดตามการจัดส่ง และจัดการข้อร้องเรียน
2. ดูแลและอัปเดตฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลสินค้า และเอกสารต่าง ๆ
3. บริหารสต็อก ตรวจนับสินค้า และประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานยอดขาย
4. ดูแลช่องทางการขาย (เช่น ราคา โปรโมชัน) และช่วยทำคอนเทนต์/รวบรวม feedback ลูกค้า
5. ประสานงานกับผู้จัดงาน (Event) เช่น จองพื้นที่ ชำระค่าใช้จ่าย และปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
6. เตรียมสินค้า อุปกรณ์ และสื่อการตลาดสำหรับงานอีเวนต์ รวมถึงการจัดบูธและการขนส่ง
7. ส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการทำงานเป็นทีม
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรีด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้าน Sales / Customer Service / Event
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบด้านข้อมูลและเอกสาร
• ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะ Excel)
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี และมี Service Mind
• ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้ (อ่าน-เขียน)
• บริหารเวลาและทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี
• มีความกระตือรือร้น แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานนอกสถานที่ และทำงานนอกเวลาหรือวันหยุดได้
