Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual manpower plan to meet organizational requirements and objectives.
- Implement and oversee all recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct initial interviews and screen qualified candidates, collaborating with line managers for final selection.
- Administer exit interviews to gather insights for continuous HR policy enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources at a managerial level.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems (ISO9001, GMP) and experience with quality system audits.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
