Packaging Development & Sourcing Manager - International Laboratories Corp., Ltd.

Packaging Development & Sourcing Manager leads the development and sourcing of packaging solutions that meet quality, cost, sustainability, and supply chain requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver packaging from concept to launch.

• Lead the development, testing, and optimization of packaging solutions to ensure product protection, functionality, cost efficiency, sustainability, and consumer appeal.
• Evaluate packaging materials and specifications while collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance, and risk mitigation to ensure quality, cost, and supply continuity.
• Lead packaging projects, cost optimization initiatives, and cross-functional coordination from concept to commercialization while managing budgets and timelines.
• Drive sustainable packaging initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead packaging procurement strategies to optimize material availability, cost, quality, and sourcing performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG, OEM/contract manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food & beverage, or related industries.
