Responsibilities
- Develop and execute R&D and technology development strategies and roadmaps, encompassing formulation development, scale-up, and commercialization.
- Research and develop innovative products, technology platforms, raw materials, delivery systems, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct technology feasibility studies, trend analysis, and prototype development to support product innovation and manufacturing improvement.
- Prepare technical documents, research reports, and intellectual property/patent-related information, including technology transfer to production.
- Evaluate current technologies, market trends, competitive products, new raw materials, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, suppliers, research institutes, universities, and external partners to develop and implement new technologies.
- Manage research projects, resources, timelines, and technical activities to achieve defined innovation and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D).
- Proficiency in English.
