Responsibilities
สร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์และวางแผน :
- คิดวิเคราะห์และวางแผนงานด้านคอนเทนต์ (Content Strategy) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการและวัตถุประสงค์ในการสื่อสารไปยังสายปฏิบัติการ (Operations)
- นำเสนอไอเดียและรูปแบบคอนเทนต์ใหม่ ๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยกล้าคิดนอกกรอบและนำความรู้ ประสบการณ์ด้าน Generative AI มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์และเร่งกระบวนการผลิตคอนเทนต์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความหลากหลายของผลงาน
การผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย :
- ผลิตคอนเทนต์ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว เช่น คลิปวิดีโอ , คลิปวิดีโอที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี AI, อินโฟกราฟิก, และ Motion Graphic
- สามารถสร้าง content ภาพนิ่ง โปรดักส์ โปรโมชั่น ต่างๆได้ตามโจทย์ ตามกระเเส
- ใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อและออกแบบกราฟิกได้อย่างชำนาญ (เช่น CapCut , Canva หรือโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
การจัดการและการสื่อสาร :
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Social Media Content และกระบวนการทำงานของแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ (เช่น Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube) เพื่อปรับรูปแบบคอนเทนต์ให้เหมาะสม
- ทำงานประสานงานร่วมกับทีมงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การสื่อสารเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเนื้อหามีความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น นิเทศศาสตร์, ดิจิทัลมีเดีย, กราฟิกดีไซน์, หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เน้นการผลิตสื่อและการสื่อสาร)
ทักษะและความสามารถ :
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สูง กล้าเสนอแนวคิดและรูปแบบคอนเทนต์ที่แปลกใหม่
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอและกราฟิกต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีความรู้และ/หรือประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Generative AI เพื่อช่วยในการสร้างสรรค์งาน
- มีความเข้าใจในเรื่อง Social Media Content และการทำงานบนแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ
- สามารถผลิตชิ้นงานประเภท Infographic หรือ Motion Graphic ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีความมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบต่องานสูง
ข้อพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Option)
- หากมีความรู้ด้าน Agentic AI
- ใช้ Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , Premier
