Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบริหารลูกค้า Modern Trade ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น Hypermarket, Supermarket, Convenience Store และ Wholesale
- วางแผนและบริหารยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขทางการค้า ราคา โปรโมชั่น และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายกับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำ Sales Forecast และติดตามสถานะสินค้าให้เพียงพอต่อการจำหน่าย
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย สภาพตลาด และกิจกรรมของคู่แข่ง พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- ผลักดันการนำสินค้าใหม่เข้าจำหน่าย (New Product Listing) และเพิ่มโอกาสทางธุรกิจร่วมกับลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานการขายและนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Modern Trade Sales, Key Account หรือ FMCG อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขายและจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลลูกค้า Modern Trade เช่น 7-Eleven, Lotus's, Big C, Makro หรือ CJ More จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าและปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
