Responsibilities
- อ่านผลการตรวจเชื้อจุลินทรีย์และบันทึกผลของตัวอย่าง เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์,Intermediate Product, Swab test,น้ำ CIP,Finger Print, Falling Rate,วัตถุดิบ,น้ำใช้ในไลน์ผลิต,น้ำใช้ทั่วไป เป็นต้น
- ควบคุมและดูแลการรับตัวอย่าง การบันทึกข้อมูล ของตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับตรวจเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ประจำวัน
- ควบคุมและดูแลการตรวจจุลินทรีย์ การวัด pH ในตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับตรวจเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ประจำวัน
- ตรวจวิเคราะห์หากลุ่มจุลินทรีย์ และบันทึกผล
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาจุลชีววิทยา หรือสาขาวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ เช่น GHPs, HACCP, ISO9001,ISO17025 หรือหากเคยผ่านโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารมาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี มีความสามารถในการจัดการและการแก้ปัญหา
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีและปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์ได้
