Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & New Customer Acquisition
• Identify and prospect new B2B customers, particularly in the food manufacturing and OEM segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Present product solutions and coordinate product sampling for customer trials
• Follow up on product testing and convert opportunities into sales
Sales Management & Customer Relationship
• Manage end-to-end sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with customers
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Sales Analysis & Reporting
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Salesforce or CRM systems
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
Collection & Payment Coordination
• Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve billing or payment issues
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for collection processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or related scientific fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry, ingredients, or OEM business
• Experience in food product development or R&D is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience in Salesforce or CRM systems is an advantage
• Able to travel upcountry and visit clients regularly
• Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle
