Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, networking, headhunting)
• Ensure timely hiring to meet manpower plans and business requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Management
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Provide consultation on recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Candidate Assessment & Selection
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ competencies, attitude, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview processes and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Ensure fair, consistent, and effective selection processes
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-hire, pipeline, hiring status)
• Utilize HR systems (HRIS/ATS) to manage candidate information
• Prepare recruitment reports and insights for management
Recruitment Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Analyze recruitment data (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline, offer acceptance rate) and provide actionable insights to improve hiring performance
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify trends to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
• Improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce hiring cycle time, and enhance candidate experience
• Support recruitment-related projects and HR transformation initiatives (e.g., ATS implementation, employer branding,
process improvement)
• Develop and present data visualizations and recruitment reports to the Management Team for decision-making
Employer Branding & Continuous Improvement
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate journey
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in manufacturing, or corporate hiring is a plus
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail, fast-paced working style, and ability to handle highly pressure
• Good command of English
