Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement industrial sales strategies, focusing on OEM customers in the food industry.
· Identify and expand new sales channels and business opportunities.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to support business growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential OEM customers.
· Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing deals.
· Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, QA, Supply Chain) to meet customer requirements.
· Drive sales performance to achieve targets.
· Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline, and performance metrics.
· Develop action plans to improve sales performance and address gaps.
· Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
· Set clear goals, KPIs, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
· Foster a result-oriented and collaborative working environment.
· Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
· Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the food industry (seasoning, ingredients, or OEM business)
· Proven experience in OEM sales and managing B2B customers
· Experience in managing and leading a sales team
· Strong knowledge of food industry processes, especially seasoning or ingredient products
· Understanding of OEM business models and product development processes
· Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
· Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, QA, Supply Chain)
