Responsibilities
- สนับสนุนการวางแผนกลยุทธ์และทิศทางของแบรนด์เพื่อเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กร
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดแบบครบวงจร ทั้งช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
- ดูแลการสื่อสารของแบรนด์ให้มีความสอดคล้องและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันทุกแพลตฟอร์ม
- ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมภายใน เช่น Marketing, Sales, Creative และเอเจนซี่ภายนอก
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค และการแข่งขันเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาแบรนด์
- ติดตามและประเมินผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ
- สนับสนุนการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และแคมเปญสร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์
Qualifications
- อายุ 27 – 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Branding หรือ Marketing Communication อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกในหลักการสร้างแบรนด์ การสื่อสารการตลาด และการวิเคราะห์ Consumer Insight
- ทักษะการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการบริหารจัดการโครงการ
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก (Retail) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
