Responsibilities
- ✅ ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดรายการเดินบัญชีธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation)
✅ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการรับชำระและข้อมูลทางการเงินในระบบ
✅ ดูแลและติดตามรายการชำระเงินผ่าน Direct Debit
✅ บันทึกและตรวจสอบข้อมูลในระบบ Oracle
✅ จัดเก็บ เรียบเรียง และตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงิน
✅ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและ Supplier ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
✅ จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- 🔹 วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
🔹 สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint และ AI Tools (เช่น Copilot) ได้ดี
🔹 มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงานสูง และมีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
🔹 มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
🔹 หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน หรือ Bank Reconciliation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
