Responsibilities
- ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าพักตั้งแต่การเช็คอินจนถึงเช็คเอาต์
- ให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงแรม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เช่น แผนกแม่บ้านและซ่อมบำรุง เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เข้าพัก
- จัดการการจองห้องพัก การชำระเงิน และการออกใบแจ้งหนี้อย่างถูกต้อง
- รับฟังและแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนของผู้เข้าพักอย่างมืออาชีพ
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวันเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักและการปฏิบัติงาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการโรงแรม การท่องเที่ยว หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการลูกค้าหรืองานโรงแรม 1-5 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและเขียน
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรม (PMS)
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและพร้อมให้บริการผู้เข้าพัก
- หากมีประสบการณ์จากโรงแรมในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
