Responsibilities
- คิดสร้างสรรค์ จัดหา ประสานงาน และสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและอีเวนต์ต่างๆ ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการงบประมาณในการจัดงานแต่ละโปรเจค
- ควบคุม จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมและโปรโมชั่น
- ช่วยเหลือในการดูแลและควบคุมการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมหน้างาน นวมถึงดูแลเรื่องของการตกแต่งงานกิจกรรมให้มีความโดดเด่น
- รวบรวมข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อวางแผนดำเนินการปรับปรุงพัฒนาให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
- สนับสนุนงานด้านการตลาดอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมหรืองานอีเวนต์ 2-5 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญและบริหารจัดการงานได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับบุคคลและหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีกหรือบริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
