Industrial Engineer (Process Motor) - Hatari Electric Co.,Ltd. /Wanavit Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

• Design production processes for the Motor department, including machinery, dies, jigs, and fixtures, to support new product development.
• Improve and enhance production process efficiency within the Motor department.
• Support initiatives to reduce and control waste and production costs in the Motor department.
• Manage projects and costs related to new products and production process improvements.
• Conduct testing of new molds, machinery, and prototype workpieces.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0-3 years of work experience in an industrial factory setting.
• Knowledge of industrial technology or manufacturing technology.
• Knowledge of CNC machining and lathe operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• High level of responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
