Responsibilities
1. Receive project and assignments from directors and implement project plans, including making necessary adjustments and revisions to ensure timely completion.
2. Coordinate both internally and externally to ensure successful execution of assigned works.
3. Prepare project progress reports and update directors and relevant stakeholders on the status of projects, such as construction projects.
4. Provide support to directors and the organization as assigned.
5. Monitor performance of project teams, track workflow and responsibilities of relevant.
6. Organize meetings, schedule appointments, prepare documents, summarize meeting agendas, and follow up on various agenda items discussed in the meeting to report progress to the management.
7. Prepare supporting documents for projects, such as Gantt charts and progress report.
Qualifications
1. Age 35 years old and older.
2. Graduated with Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any releated fields.
3. At least 5 years of work experience in project management or installation in industrial factory will be an advantage.
4. Good skill in computer.
5. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English will be advantage.
6. Able to drive a car and have a driving license will be advantage.
7. Strong skills in communication and negotiation.
8. Able to think analytically, creatively, decisive and able to solve both long-term and immediate problems effectively.
9. Have knowledge in project management and the use of various planning tools.
10. Responsible, diligent, honest, patient, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work well under high-pressure conditions.
