Responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing product information and usage instructions via telephone, Line Official, Facebook, Email, and Website.
2. Responsible for answering inquires and coordinating to resolve product issues for customers via telephone, Line Official, Facebook, Email, and Website.
3. Responsible for selling spare parts and finished products.
4. Responsible for receiving product and service complaints from customers, analyzing the issues, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure resolution.
5. Responsible for providing correct advice on spare parts purchases to customers
6. Responsible for receiving orders, verifying spare part order details, tracking order status, and providing regular updates to customers.
7. Checking payment transfer evidence provided by customers.
Qualifications
1. Graduated with Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relations or any related fields.
2. At least 1-2 years of work experience in communication-related roles. (If you have experience in customer service or social media interaction, it would be an advantage.)
3. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) would be an advantage.
4. Have a computer skills.
5. Has a passion in customer service.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
7. Able to analyze and solve problems.
8. Alertness for work and good interpersonal skills.
9. Has patience and be able to control your emotions, and be able to work well under pressure.
