Product Development Engineer - Hatari Electric Co.,Ltd. /Wanavit Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement) to define new product requirements, specifications, and project timelines.
• Develop product concepts and detailed designs from initial idea to production release.
• Perform engineering analysis using CAE tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) to evaluate design performance and support design decisions.
• Benchmark and test competitor products to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities, and ensure our products meet or exceed target specifications.
• Plan and support prototype builds, testing, and validation; analyze test results and recommend design improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings and test reports.
• (Mid level) Lead small projects or design modules independently and provide guidance to junior engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in product design or development (Junior: 1–3 years; Mid: 3–5 years).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Hands-on experience with CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, Solidwork).
• Good understanding of engineering materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
