Responsibilities
1. วางแผนและออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (New Model) ตามกระบวนการ APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
2. ประสานงานกับลูกค้า และ Supplier รวมถึงหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น Production / QA/QC / Purchasing / Sales & Marketing เพื่อวางแผนการผลิต New Model
3. วิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตของ New Model และ ดำเนินการทดลอง Trial รวมถึงสรุปผลการทดลอง ( Prototype / Pilot Run / Trial Run)
4. จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่สำคัญตามระบบ IATF 16949 เช่น FMEA / Control Plan / PPAP
5. ติดตามและควบคุมในกระบวนการ New Model จนถึงการส่งมอบก่อน Mass Production ให้เป็นไปตาม Timeline ที่กำหนด
6. ตรวจสอบการควบคุมและเปลี่ยนแปลงภายในกระบวนการ (4M Change)
7. หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications
- อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา อุตสาหการ / ยานยนต์ / เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน New Model / Production Engineering / Design ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบ IATF 16949 , APQP, PPAP, FMEA , Control Plan เป็นต้น
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Catia / NX / Inventor ในการออกแบบได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่น
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ (TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไปมีค่าภาษาให้)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
