Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Key Metrics Tracking: Calculate, monitor, and analyze critical HR metrics, including turnover/attrition rates, time-to-hire, and labor costs.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated HR Dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time insights for HR teams and stakeholders.
- Periodic Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly HR reports to leadership.
2. Strategic Insight & Forecasting
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical models to forecast future workplace trends, such as identifying departments with high flight risk (turnover risk) within next 6 months.
- HR Program Evaluation: Measure the Return on Investment (ROI) and effectiveness of HR initiatives, such as determining if training investments drive performance.
- Workforce Planning: Formulate and manage overall and department-specific workforce planning strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields. Proven experience as an HR Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role involving workforce metrics. Fluency in English (Both written and spoken).
