Responsibilities
- รับคำขอบริการจากลูกค้า (Service Request / Claim / Warranty) และบันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบ ERP/CRM
- ประสานงานกับทีมช่างภาคสนาม (Technician Out) เพื่อจัดตารางนัดหมายและส่งข้อมูลหน้างาน
- ติดตามสถานะงานซ่อมและอัปเดตข้อมูลให้ลูกค้า ฝ่ายขาย และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารบริการหลังการขาย เช่น ใบสั่งงาน ใบรับซ่อม ใบเสนอราคา ใบรับประกัน
- ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของใบงานจากทีมช่าง เช่น อาการเสีย อะไหล่ที่ใช้ และเวลาปฏิบัติงาน
- ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้า เพื่อเบิกอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการซ่อม หรือเพื่อนัดหมายจัดส่ง
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปงานบริการประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน เช่น จำนวนงานค้าง งานปิดแล้ว SLA และอะไหล่ที่ใช้
- ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับสถานะการซ่อม การรับประกัน และขั้นตอนการเคลมสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายบัญชี เกี่ยวกับเอกสารหลังบริการ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบวางบิล
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาคุณภาพงานบริการ (Service Improvement) เช่น เก็บ Feedback ลูกค้าและปรับปรุงกระบวนการบริการ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย / ประสานงานช่างภาคสนาม 1–3 ปี
- เคยทำงานในธุรกิจเครื่องมือช่าง เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม หรือบริการซ่อม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้ Excel ได้ดี
- มีทักษะประสานงานยอดเยี่ยม และสามารถทำงานกับทีมช่างภาคสนามได้
- มีใจบริการสูง (Service Mind) และทำงานในภาวะกดดันได้ดี
