Responsibilities
- Plan material and inventory requirements (MRP) to support sales forecast and customer orders.
- Monitor and control stock levels including Safety Stock and Reorder Point.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Import, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track purchase orders and shipment status.
- Perform and control Inventory Cycle Count activities to maintain inventory accuracy and analyse stock variance.
- Prepare Inventory Status, Stock Ageing, and Fast/Slow Moving reports for management review.
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Material Planning, Inventory Control, Cycle Count, or Demand Planning.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and/or ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic AI skills
- Basic English communication skills (email reading/writing is a plus)
