Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับร้านตัวแทนจำหน่าย (Dealer) ในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจในระยะยาว
- รับผิดชอบยอดขายและผลการดำเนินงานของร้านตัวแทนจำหน่ายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- วางแผนและเข้าพบร้านตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อสำรวจตลาด รับฟังความคิดเห็น และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและการขาย
- นำเสนอสินค้าใหม่ โปรโมชั่น และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย พร้อมสนับสนุนร้านค้าในการเพิ่มโอกาสทางการขาย
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย สต๊อกสินค้า และสถานการณ์ตลาดในพื้นที่ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนายอดขายและขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Product Management, Marketing, Warehouse และ Customer Service เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามการเปิดใบสั่งซื้อ การจัดส่งสินค้า และการให้บริการหลังการขาย เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่ร้านตัวแทนจำหน่าย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย การดูแลตัวแทนจำหน่าย (Dealer) อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม เครื่องมือช่าง เครื่องอัดลม เครื่องมือไฟฟ้า วัสดุก่อสร้าง หรือสินค้าเทคนิค จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการให้บริการลูกค้า
- สามารถวางแผนการเข้าพบลูกค้าและบริหารพื้นที่ขายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบได้
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
