Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), including system configuration and customization
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services to integrate ERP with internal and external applications
- Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
- Design system architecture, database structure, and application components to support business processes
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including root cause analysis and solution implementation
- Support and maintain existing applications, ensuring system stability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system workflows and automation
- Maintain technical documentation, including system design, API specifications, and user guides
- Stay updated on new technologies, development practices, and vendor product enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2–5 years of experience in software development, backend development, or ERP support
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
- Experience in system configuration and customization within ERP environment
- Strong knowledge of API development (REST/SOAP) and backend development
- Basic web development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience or knowledge in PHP (Laravel Framework) and/or Vue.js is an advantage
- Understanding of system architecture, database design, and business process flow
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of VBA Macro for Excel is a plus
- Familiar with MS Office, DBMS, and Windows Server environment
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
